Development, Design and Construction - it's what we do and it's who we are.
President and CEO
Throughout his career, Josh has consistently driven purposeful redevelopment. While serving in the Army in Baltimore, Josh was inspired by its urban revitalization to purchase and transform a three-unit dwelling. Thus began a pattern of buying and renovating buildings, which motivated him to return to his native York County in 2009 to launch Susquehanna Renovations, now Royal Square Development and Construction.
Real Estate Development
Majoring in entrepreneurship at Temple University inspired Dylan to buy a food truck, creating his own internship. Soon he expanded “Chilly Dilly’s,” procuring employees and three more trucks. It was then that he encountered challenges and adjusted his business model. He turned to catering, securing corporate accounts in the York area where he grew up.
With over 30 years’ experience in construction management, design, and business development, Damian Nagle brings strong leadership to RSDC. During his career, Damian has managed site development, renovations and restoration for a variety of commercial sites, from retail, office, industrial and medical facilities, as well as for residential homes.
Senior Project Manager
For Jim Reindollar, investing in York's urban redevelopment through RSDC isn’t just about employment – it’s personal. Born and raised in the west end of York, the downtown landscape holds many memories for Jim; many of his relatives resided only a few blocks from where RSDC now calls home. Jim brings a wealth of experience to the table. From the young age of 14, he worked his way up the ladder at John H. Myers & Sons, eventually becoming their operations manager at the West York Facility.
With over a decade of construction experience and the entrepreneurial spirit to bring his visions to life, Kevin delivers diverse expertise that is leading to great things for the clients of RSDC. His fascination with carpentry led him to begin his career creating custom architectural woodwork for the owners of The New York Times and Utz. From there, he expanded his abilities by helping to construct 20 miles of Rt. 22 along Indiantown Gap, build bridges along Rt. 83, and more.
There’s something about York County that just gets in your blood. Born and raised in the York area, Ami has lived in York her entire life and attended York Suburban High School. Ami serves as the Administrative Coordinator at RSDC, which is ideal for her background – as a self-professed organizing guru, Ami provides support to the staff and field crew of RSDC, ensuring everything runs efficiently.
