A restaurant and bar are in the works at one key piece of real estate in downtown York.

Diane Coppola, a Hanover-based pizza shop owner, has signed a lease at 25-27 W. Market St., which housed Bourbon Street Saloon and Evolution Nightclub, previously Zakie's Nightclub.

Coppola, who owns Sal's Pizza & Subs in Hanover, said she and her family are collaborating on a full-service restaurant.
