Today, we broke ground on the construction of a new single-family home at 254 S Queen Street for our valued partners at the Affordable Housing Advocates.

Serving as General Contractor, RSDC will be coordinating the build-out of this home over the next few months with assistance from SAAarchitects, City of York, and the York County Planning Commission.

Upon completion, Affordable Housing Advocates will place a first-time homebuyer in this new residence. We are excited to help The Affordable Housing Advocates in their mission and vision for the City of York.
